Ok, this is just for me to clear up a few things.
First off, as you clarified for me, each nation is unaware of the others in the beginning right? So, for example, now Phoenica knows of Edhassa but I still don't know anything about any of the others? I know you pretty much answered this question already, but it doesn't hurt to be clear.
Also, do you play the part of your nation and the part of a narrator/story teller? It seems that you did that kinda thing in the Maritime thread. Don't get me wrong, I don't care how you do it because this is your game, I just want to be clear on what your role is in the RP.
Edit: Oh, and one more thing. Is it legal for me to RP my nation taking over some territory? One one hand, I guess it is just role playing, but on the other I can see how it could get out of hand.

1: Well, some of the nations are nearby, so they know each other. Here is a list:
Arestium: Knows Edhassa, Thespia. Edhassa: Knows Arestium, Sort of Thespia. Thespia: Knows Edhassa, Arestium, Phoenica. Phoenica: Knows Thespia, Edhassa, Sort of Arestium. Matros: Knows Maybe Phoenica. Nazim: Knows Sort Of Phoenica.
It is basically about the news you've recieved about the state, and the vicinity.
2: I play both my nation, and a GM. Since this is an RPG, I'm simply making sure everything is OK, telling what happens (for things GM's would decide), etc.
3: You can take over land to a point. 5 pixels at a time, though, much more than that is bad.
^Sorry for the bad explanations!

Alright, another question. (I know, I'm high maintenance) As we can both see, my little Phoenican Exploration is about to meet Matros. Should I keep the story going in the Maritime thread or start a new thread in International Relations?

Heh, yes, I suppose that was sort of obvious ;D. I think that, since it was started in Maritime, the whole story should stay in one thread.
